Position Overview:
SailZoo is seeking an experienced and driven B2B Partner Success Manager (Affiliate) to build and maintain strong relationships with our B2B partners and advertisers. This role is pivotal in ensuring our partners achieve success on our platform, driving engagement, and fostering long-term relationships. As an affiliate, you will work closely with our sales team to identify new opportunities and onboard partners.

Key Responsibilities:.
  • Establishing Contact: Proactively identify and establish contact with potential B2B partners, introducing them to the benefits of partnering with SailZoo and guiding them through the initial stages of the relationship.
  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with partners, acting as the primary point of contact for all their needs.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze partner performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize their success.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with partners to develop strategic plans that align with their business goals and the capabilities of the SailZoo platform.
  • Problem Resolution: Address any issues or concerns partners may have, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align partner needs with SailZoo's offerings and enhancements.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through the successful onboarding and management of partners, contributing to SailZoo's overall success.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in B2B partner management, sales, or a related field, ideally within ad space, tech or marine industries.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B sales process and experience working with partners to achieve mutual success.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
  • Self-motivated, with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for success.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for key partner meetings and events.
